Congratulations to Dr. WANG Haoxiang, Harry

Congratulations to Dr. Harry Haoxiang WANG, Lecturer of the JCSPHPC, for being awarded the Fellowship under the Hong Kong-Scotland Partners in Post Doctoral Research (HKSPPDR) for 2012/13, launched by the Research Grants Council (RGC) of Hong Kong in collaboration with the Scottish Government.  Dr. WANG will undertake a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to carry out research at General Practice and Primary Care, Institute of Health and Wellbeing, University of Glasgow, UK for six months in 2013.

Congratulations to Mr Chan Ka-hung, Peter

Our BSc student, Mr CHAN Ka-hung, Peter has been awarded the Innovation and Technology Scholarship Award Scheme 2013. He will receive a scholarship of up to HK$150,000 to participate in a series of initiatives including Overseas Attachment, Local Internship, Mentorship and Service Projects.

Congratulations to Prof. Eliza LY Wong and Ms. Kayla Wu
Ms. Kayla WU, exchange student from The Pennsylvania State University supervised by Prof. Eliza WONG, won first place in the Social & Behavioural Science category in her school’s 2013 Undergraduate Exhibition. The winning project is “Employee Engagement and Occupational Safety”.
Congratulations to Dr William GOGGINS, Dr LAI Xin and Mr Lewis LAW
Dr William GOGGINS, Dr LAI Xin and Mr Lewis LAW of the Division of Biostatistics have successfully bid for another term on the project of provision of statistical service on surgical mortality and morbidity for the Hospital Authority.
