Biography 

Prof. Frank Chan received his medical degree and master degree of public health from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is the fellows of the Hong Kong College of Community Medicine (HKCCM), the Hong Kong College of Health Services Executives (HKCHSE), and the Australasian College of Health Service Management (ACHSM) and the Royal Australian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA). His research interest focuses on the health service management.
