Mr. Yung obtained his Master degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney and registered as Accredit Practicing Dietitian in Australia. He is also a Sport Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist. He is the Honorary Dietitian for New Territories East Cluster of Hong Kong Hospital Authority. Mr. Yung received his post graduate dietetic training in Grantham Hospital before joining the School of Public Health in year 2003 specialised in promotion of nutritional health. From 2008 onward, Mr. Yung became an instructor in the School responsible for teachings, tutorials and researches related to nutrition aspect of public health.  His research interests include Nutrition Epidemiology, Diet behaviours of vulnerable population, Health promotion in university setting and Health behaviours of university students.
