Biography 

Tony obtained his Master degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney and registered as Accredit Practicing Dietitian in Australia. He is also a Sport Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist. After graduation, Tony practiced in Grantham Hospital before joining the JC School of Public Health and Primary Care in year 2003 responsible for the promotion of nutritional health. From 2008 onward, Tony became a lecturer in the School responsible for teachings, tutorials and researches related to nutrition aspect of public health. His research interests include nutrition epidemiology, diet behaviours of vulnerable populations e.g. drugs addicts and cancer patients, and setting based health promotion.
