How to evaluate the effectiveness of services for users is the advantage of Public Health, and also enable Charlson to gain the knowledge of research. During the development of a service, study on various researches information is necessary, including qualitative and quantitative researches. It aims at understanding the needs of target community or service user, and eventually to design a suitable and effective intervention.
