[Population COVID-19 Survey]
The Hong Kong SAR Government recommended members of the public to self-perform SARS-CoV-2 rapid antigen test (RAT) daily from 8 to 10 April 2022. We sincerely invite Hong Kong adult residents who have received the government’s “anti-epidemic service bags”, irrespective of whether testing had been performed during the 3 days, to complete a simple anonymous online survey, which takes no more than 5 minutes.
Survey period: 15-24 April 2022 (Fri-Sum)

早前香港政府向所有住戶派發「防疫服務包」，鼓勵市民在2022年4月8至10日進行自我快速抗原檢測。香港中文大學現誠邀收過防疫包的市民，參加一項簡單不記名網上問卷調查。無論你有沒有做快速檢測，請你透過以下網址登入防疫普查平台，填答大約十個簡單問題，需時不超過五分鐘。
