个人简历

陈英凝教授是香港中文大学医学院教授及助理院长(外务)。她是CCOUC灾害与人道救援研究所所长、全球卫生中心总监、灾害风险综合研究卓越中心（ICoE-CCOUC）的主任，以及香港中文大学赛马会齐心防癌计划副主任。陈教授也是世界卫生组织卫生应急与灾害风险管理专题平台研究网络和世界卫生组织COVID-19研究路线图社会科学工作小组的联合主席，以及联合国减少灾害风险办公室亚洲科技与学术咨询小组成员。世界气象组织SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19工作组、世界卫生组织卫生发展中心（WHO神户中心，WKC）科学工作组、国际科学组织减灾联盟（ANSO-DRR）国际指导委员会和第三届中国灾害风险综合研究委员会（IRDR中国）。她同时担任牛津大学纳菲尔德医学系访问教授（公共卫生医学）、香港大学李嘉诚医学院名誉教授、哈佛大学FXB中心学人。

她的研究方向包括灾难和人道主义医学、气候变化与健康、全球和行星健康、人类健康安全和卫生应急与灾难风险管理（Health-EDRM）、偏远农村健康、实施和转化科学、少数民族健康、伤害和暴力流行病学以及初级保健。陈教授曾获美国公共卫生协会2007年前田信夫国际研究奖，发表了300多篇国际同行评审的学术/技术/会议文章。

陈教授还在90年代中期担任前线紧急救援人员，拥有丰富的经验，足迹遍布20个国家。2004年获香港十大杰出青年奖、2005年获世界爱心医生奖、2005年获世界十大杰出青年奖、2007年获香港人文奖、2016年获年度领袖奖、2016年获国家地理中文探索者奖、2017年获UGC教学奖、2018年获中华人民共和国国家教学成就奖，2019年获两年一度的联合国笹川减灾奖提名。
