We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Dorothy for her remarkable recognition.

Presented by Sino International Industrial Limited, the International Conference on “Primary Care Ecosystem: Integrated Care for Successful Ageing” is co-organized by Department of Management Sciences of City University of Hong Kong (CityU) and The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care (JCSPHPC) of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). Dorothy expressed her excitement by saying that, “I am honored to receive this Best Student Post Award at the Primary Care Ecosystem: Integrated Care for Successful Aging conference. This award serves as a validation for our work’s contribution to the field of primary care and older adult patients’ post-discharge care. I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to my supervisors, Prof. Eliza Wong and Prof. EK Yeoh, and my colleagues, who have supported and guided me throughout the journey. I would also like to express my gratitude to the conference organizers for providing me with the opportunity to showcase our work. I am looking forward to continuing my contributions to the field of primary care.”

We extend our best wishes to Dorothy for continued success in her future endeavors.
