The International Conference on “Primary Care Ecosystem: Integrated Care for Successful Ageing” co-organized by Department of Management Sciences of City University of Hong Kong (CityU) and The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), presented by Sino International Industrial Limited is now open for registration!
Facing the challenges brought by a rapidly ageing population and increasing prevalence of chronic diseases, many governments are committed to enhancing primary healthcare services as an important line of defence against a wide range of potential public health crises. In this conference, internationally-renowned primary care specialists and scholars are invited to share their insights and experiences on the topics of “Primary Care System & Policy”, “Analytics and Machine Learning – Applications in Healthcare” and “Integrated Care For Successful Ageing”. Visits to local gerontechnology organizations on the following day will enable participants to deep-dive into the development and practical applications of gerontechnology in primary care and elderly services.
